Payment

As is customary with all custom made products, a payment of 50% of the total cost of your order will be due when the order is placed to cover the cost of our custom patterning service. The balance, including shipping and sizing code adjustments if required, will be due when the order is ready to go into production. Credit cards will be charged for patterning service, 50% of the the total cost of your order, at the time you place your order. Completed orders will not go into production until final payment is received.

Delivery

Each custom order is individually crafted and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. Therefore, we are unable to predit the amount of time your order will require or the date on which it will ship. We offer two levels of service - Standard and Expedited

Custom Product Customer Satisfaction & Warranty

We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. To achieve this goal, we will provide you with any assistance that you might require when measuring your furniture or ordering. We also review your measurements upon receipt of your order and again when we convert your measurements into a pattern for your custom product. If we discover any irregularities or have any questions about your measurements or furniture, we will call you to double check the measurements prior to cutting.

If you are not happy with the fit of your slipcover due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If your custom product requires modification because of incorrect measurements we will charge you only for the labor and materials required to make the corrections. Please see schedule below:

Please Note - Washing items within the warranty period will void your warranty, and they can not be repaired. Please note: Our warranty covers workmanship only and does not include the fabric. The defect must be reported within 15 days of shipment.

Return Policy

Todo es custom products are all made to order. Because they are custom made to your specifications, they cannot be returned for any reason except warranty repair, see above.

Cancellation & Failure to Meet Terms of Sale

Cancellation - A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 48 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. IMPORTANT - All orders for slipcovers using closeout fabrics are final and cannot be cancelled.

Failure to Meet Terms of Sale - You have 6 months to provide photos and measurements, which are required for the patterning of your custom slipcover. faliure to provide this required information within 6 months from date of sale, will result in the forfeiture of 100% of your initial patterning service payment.
