Payment

As is customary with all custom made products, orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. You can pay by check or credit card. Credit cards will be charged at the time your order is received.

Delivery

Each custom order is individually crafted and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. No order will be shipped until we are happy with the result. We offer two levels of service - Standard and Expedited

Custom Product Customer Satisfaction & Warranty

We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. To achieve this goal, we will provide you with any assistance that you might require when measuring your furniture or ordering. We also review your measurements upon receipt of your order and again when we convert your measurements into a pattern for your custom product. If we discover any irregularities or have any questions about your measurements or furniture, we will call you to double check the measurements prior to cutting.

If you are not happy with the fit of your slipcover due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If your custom product requires modification because of incorrect measurements we will charge you only for the labor and materials required to make the corrections. Please see schedule below:

Please Note - Washing items within the warranty period will void your warranty, and they can not be repaired. Please note: Our warranty does not include fabric. The defect must be reported within 15 days of shipment.

Return Policy

Todo es custom products are all made to order. Because they are custom made to your specifications, they cannot be returned for any reason except warranty repair, see above.

Cancellation

A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 48 hours, 25% after 48 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us within 15 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. Prior to returning any goods to Todo es, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Todo es Customer Service. Items sent back to Todo es without an RGA number will be refused. Items must be shipped back in the original packing materials and container and insured for their full value. The RGA number must be clearly printed on the top of the box. The cost of returning purchases rests with customer.
