How to Order Custom Furniture Slipcovers

To place your order, just follow the 3 easy steps below. After you place your order you'll recieve insturctions on how to photograph and send pictures of your furniture. Our patterning experts will review you photos and email a personalized set of measuring forms that match your furniture's style and design features. Complete the forms and email them back. A few weeks later you'll have the custom slipcover you've been dreaming about.

To place your order follow these 3 easy steps . . . After you place your order . . .

1 - Determine your furniture's size

You'll need to know the size of your furniture to determine your slipcover's cost and to place your order. Determine the size of your furniture using our Size Code sizing system, which describes the size of your furniture as well as the number of cushions your furniture includes. With our size code system you can place your order for the body slipcover and cushion covers all at once.

2 - Design Your Slipcover.

Create just the look your want. Visit the slipcover design options page to review your slipcover design options - skirt styles, etc.

Select a fabric from our fabric selection. We highly recommend that you order fabric swatches of your favorites before you place your order.

3 - Place Your Order

You can place your order on-line, by fax or mail. If you are ordering a slipcover using a Closeout or Special Purchase fabric see Special Purchase / Closeout ordering instructions.

Measuring Your Furniture

Our EASY Measuring Method takes all of the guess work out of measuring your furniture.

After you place your order you will receive an email reciept. You'll also receive a separate e-mail with instructions on how to take and send photos of your furniture. Our patterning experts will review your photos and email you a personalized set of measuring forms that match your furniture's design features. The forms can be completed on-line and emailed back.

  • Payment -As is customary with all custom made products, a payment of 50% of the total cost of your order will be due when the order is placed to cover the cost of our custom patterning service. The balance, including shipping and sizing code adjustments if required, will be due when the order is ready to go into production. Credit cards will be charged for patterning service, 50% of the the total cost of your order, at the time you place your order. Orders will not go into production until final payment is received.
  • Delivery - Each custom order is individually crafted and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. No order will be shipped until we are happy with the result. We offer two levels of service - Standard and Expedited
      • Standard Service orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Since all of our orders are custom made, no two orders are alike and it is not possible to accurately guage the exact time when an order will be shipped. If you need your order to arrive within a specific time frame or date, please call us about our Expedited Service which guarantees that your order will arrive on time
      • Expedited Service guarantees that you will receive your order within the time frame you require or in time for that special occasion. For Expedited Service, please contact us with your required delivery date or time frame to make sure we can accomdate your request. There is a $75 service charge for Expedited Service

  • Warranty & Customer Satisfaction -

    We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. To achieve this goal, we will provide you with any assistance that you might require when measuring your furniture or ordering. We also review your measurements when we convert your measurements into a pattern for your custom product. If we discover any irregularities or have any questions about your measurements or furniture, we will call you to double check the measurements prior to cutting. If you are not happy with the fit of your slipcover due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If your custom product requires modification due to incorrect measurements we will charge you only for the labor and materials required to make the corrections. Our warranty includes up to $100 labor and materials at no charge. For complete warrany information please see Warranty Details.
