Dining Chair Slipcovers

Ordering custom slipcovers for your dining chairs is easy, just follow these steps:
- Measure the height of your chair. The height of your chair will determine your price.
- Pick a chair slipcover style.
- Select a fabric from our fabric selection. We highly recommend that your order fabric swatches of your favorites before you place your order. If you plan to use your own fabric visit Customer's Choice for your labor cost.
- Complete the Order form with measurement form and fax or mail to the fax number or address at the top of the form.
- Payment must be submitted with your signed order, please see order form for payment information.
- Delivery - Each custom order is individually crafted and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. No order will be shipped until we are happy with the result. We offer two levels of service - Standard and Expedited
- Expedited Service guarantees that you will receive your order within the time frame you require or on time for that special occasion. For Expedited Service please contact us with your required delivery date or time frame to make sure we can accomdate your request. There is a 15% service charge for Expedited Service
- Standard Service orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Since all of our orders are custom made, no two orders are alike and it is not possible to accurately guage the exact time when an order will be shipped. If you need your order to arrive within a specific time frame or date, please call us about our Expedited Service which guarantees that your order will arrive on time.

Select a fabric - Look for the "Fabric Selection" link listed on the product information page. Since our custom products can only be returned for warranty repair, we highly recommend that you order swatches before you place your order.
