How to Order Custom Furniture Slipcovers in Closeout Fabrics

Ordering Todo es Custom Slipcovers is easy using our EASY Measure Method. With our EASY Measure Method you don't need to know T cushion from a pin cushion. Just send us pictures of your furniture, after you place your order, and our patterning experts will email you a personalized set of measurement forms that match your furniture's style and design features. To place your order, just follow these steps:

1 - Pricing Size Code

Determine the Size Code of your furniture. The Size Code describes the size and configuration of your furniture, number of cushions etc. You'll need to know your size code to estimate your pricing and place your order.

2 - Design Your Slipcover.

Visit the slipcover design options page to review your design options - skirt styles, etc.

If you're interested in using a closeout fabric from our fabric selection, keep in mind that stock is limited. You'll need to check stock before you place your order to make sure there is enough for your project.

To check closeout stock you will need the following information -

  • Your furniture's size code or the length and number of loose cushions of the furniture you plan to slipcover.
  • The fabric name and color. Example - Canvas, verde.

We also highly recommend that you order fabric swatches before you place your order.

3 - Place Your Order

You can place your order on-line, fax or mail. If you plan to use our EASY-Pay Plan you will need to fax or mail your order. To pay by check and take advantage of the 2% Check discount you will need to mail your order.

  • On-line - If you used our Stock Check Email to check stock your positive responce will included a link for on-line ordering.
  • Fax or Mail - Complete the slipcover order form. You'll find our address and fax number at the top of the form.

4 - Measure Your Furniture

Our EASY Measuring Method takes all of the guess work out of measuring your furniture.

After you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. The e-mail will also include instructions on how to send photos of your furniture. Our patterning experts will review your photos and email you personalized measuring forms that match your furniture's design features. The forms can be completed on-line and emailed back.

  • Payment -Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If paying by check please make out the check for the full amount of your order. For those using our EASY-Pay Plan please see payment information.
  • Delivery - Each custom order is individually crafted and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. No order will be shipped until we are happy with the result. We offer two levels of service - Standard and Expedited
      • Standard Service orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Since all of our orders are custom made, no two orders are alike and it is not possible to accurately guage the exact time when an order will be shipped. If you need your order to arrive within a specific time frame or date, please call us about our Expedited Service which guarantees that your order will arrive on time
      • Expedited Service guarantees that you will receive your order within the time frame you require or on time for that special occasion. For Expedited Service, please contact us with your required delivery date or time frame to make sure we can accomdate your request. There is a 15% service charge for Expedited Service

  • Warranty & Customer Satisfaction -

    We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. To achieve this goal, we will provide you with any assistance that you might require when measuring your furniture or ordering. We also review your measurements when we convert your measurements into a pattern for your custom product. If we discover any irregularities or have any questions about your measurements or furniture, we will call you to double check the measurements prior to cutting. If you are not happy with the fit of your slipcover due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If your custom product requires modification because of incorrect measurements we will charge you only for the labor and materials required to make the corrections.
