How to Order Custom Chair Slipcovers

1 - Determine the type and size of your chair

Chairs are not all the same. To order the right slipcover style for your chair start by selecting your chair type. Then measure the height of your chair to determine the cost of your slipcover.

2 - Design your slipcover

Select fabrics from our fabric selection. Review the style options for the slipcover style you've selected for ideas on how to customize your slipcovers by mixing & matching fabrics

If you plan to use your own fabric, visit Customer's Choice for your labor cost.

3 - Place your order

You can place your order on-line, or by fax or mail. If you are ordering a slipcover using a Closeout fabric please see special closeout ordering instructions.

If you plan to use our EASY-Pay Plan you will need to fax or mail your order. To pay by check and take advantage of the 2% Check discount you will need to mail your order.

How to Order -

On-line orders - From our slipcover fabric pages find the fabric you have selected for your slipcover and click on "Order Slipcover". Then enter the design options you want.

Fax or Mail - Complete the slipcover order form. You'll find our address and fax number at the top of the form.

Measuring your chair

Our EASY Measuring Method takes all of the guess work out of measuring your chairs

After you place your order you will receive an email reciept. You'll also receive a separate e-mail with measuring forms and instructions on how to measure and photograph your chairs. The forms can be completed on-line and emailed back.

• Payment -Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If paying by check please make out the check for the full amount of your order. For those using our EASY-Pay Plan please see payment information.
• Delivery - Each custom order is individually tailored and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. No order will be shipped until we are happy with the result. We offer two levels of service - Standard and Expedited

• Standard Service orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Since all of our orders are custom made, no two orders are alike and it's not possible to accurately guage the exact time when an order will be shipped. If you need your order to arrive within a specific time frame or date, please call us about our Expedited Service which guarantees that your order will arrive on time

• Expedited Service guarantees that you will receive your order within the time frame you require or on time for that special occasion. For Expedited Service, please contact us with your required delivery date or time frame to make sure we can accomdate your request. There is a 15% service charge for Expedited Service

• Warranty & Customer Satisfaction -

  We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. To achieve this goal, we will provide you with any assistance that you might require when measuring your furniture or ordering. We also review your measurements when we convert your measurements into a pattern for your custom product. If we discover any irregularities or have any questions about your measurements or furniture, we will call you to double check the measurements prior to cutting. If you are not happy with the fit of your slipcover due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If your custom product requires modification because of incorrect measurements we will charge you only for the labor and materials required to make the corrections.
