Frequently Asked Questions About Measuring

• What if I make a mistake measuring or my cover doesn't fit?
  • We provide you with several measuring "safety nets" to help you measure correctly. First, you have our on-line measuring assistant (see below) to guide you through the measuring form and you can also call Customer Service, 800 467-2810, to ask for assistance. Second, your order and measurements are reviewed twice, when it is received to make sure it is complete and then again when it is patterned and every measurement is checked. If a measurement looks suspicious, we will call you to double check the measurement. Finally, you have our slipcover warranty which covers the fit of your slipcover.
• Can I send in my old slipcover instead of measuring my furniture?
  • Todo es slipcovers have their own construction style and design which, we believe, will look and fit better then most slipcovers. Therefore, we don't copy old slipcovers. And, we can't use old slipcovers to determine your furniture's measurements. Overtime old slipcovers shrink and lose their shape, like old jeans, so it's not possible to determine where the seams on the slipcovers actually fall on the furniture.
