WHAT'S YOUR STYLE?

Todo es slipcovers don't limit you to just a few ill fitting "styles" that you have to try to work in to your decor. We allow you to design just the look you want for your custom made slipcover.

Start by selecting from any of our hundreds of fabrics, or use your own. Then pick from a variety of design options to design a slipcover that has just the look you want.

Listed below you will find our slipcover design options along with Design Tips for inspiration.

SLIPCOVER FABRIC DESIGN OPTIONS

You can choose from any of our fabrics or provide your own. Our standard construction uses the same fabric for the body, skirt, cushion covers and welt accents. Welt is covered cording. To order our standard construction simply enter the fabric and color you would like to use.

Mixing & Matching Fabrics - You can use any number of fabrics in your design. Listed below are the parts of the slipcover that you have to work with.

  • Welt Accents - Welt is fabric covered cording used to accent your slipcover. Your slipcover will include welt accents in the following places - around the arm face, around the edges of your pillows, seat and back cushions, and around the top edge of the skirt.

    • Design Tip - Slipcovers soften the lines of you furniture and may hide some design features, such as wood accents. Welting helps to accentuate the line of your furniture. Contrasting welt is even more effective, especially when used with a print fabric. Use contrasting welt to bring out a color in a print or to pull pieces of furniture together. Remember, when selecting a fabric for welt , especially a print, that you will only see a small strip of the fabric. to test the look, fold the welt fabric in half and place it under the primary fabric. Allow about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the welt fabric to show.

SLIPCOVER SKIRT STYLE OPTIONS

  • All of our skirts drop from the top of the seat deck.

S-100

  • Flat panels on all four sides with deep pleats on all four corners.

    • Design Tip - Add some punch with a contrasting fabric for the pleat inset and welt.

S-200

  • Box pleats on all four sides. Available to the floor or short.

S-300

  • Gathered skirt on all four sides. Remember, heavier fabrics will not gather as tightly as light weight fabrics.

S-400

  • Contemporary, tailored finish, no pleats, no gathers Can be orders short or to the floor.

Lining can be ordered, if required, to cover bright colorful fabrics with a light colored slipcover.
